Happy Monday Y’all!
Before we jump into it, I just wanted to share with everyone that we have a new mascot and head of marketing! Meet Bandit! He’s going to be the new face of advertising and getting the word out about what we have going on here!
I’m actually more of a dog person, but I can’t even lie he’s cute af.
Over the weekend I was talking to a good friend of mine about what we have going on here and he actually gave me a great idea (S/o Axel Yungman) So instead of starting off the week with just another motivational quote, we’re going to be trying something new. In our quest to grow and improve, we will be incorporating the new ✨Weekly Challenge✨
This week, let's focus on cultivating gratitude in our daily lives.
Here's the challenge: Each day, take a few minutes to write down three things you're grateful for. It doesn’t matter if you write it on a sticky note, the back of an old receipt, your phone, etc. just write it somewhere. It could be as simple as a delicious meal, the beauty of nature, or the company of loved ones. The goal is to shift our focus towards the positive aspects of our lives and help us appreciate what we have. Don’t give power to things that won’t help you.
By Friday night, you'll have a list of at least 15 things you're grateful for, serving as a powerful reminder of the goodness that surrounds us. Practicing gratitude has been shown to increase happiness, reduce stress, and improve our overall mental well-being. Again, these things sound silly but it’s always the silly things that make the most impact. It’s kind of like smiling at strangers. When you smile at someone, you're not only brightening their day, but you're also triggering a release of feel-good chemicals in your own brain, which can boost your mood and overall happiness.

Sidenote: I saw a reddit post the other day on r/entrepreneur and the poster was pretty much asking how to “become an entrepreneur” while working a 9-5 job. I always feel like these things are on a per person basis as everyone has different tolerances and goals in life etc. We will all have different answers but the comments are an interesting read. If you get bored later today check it out here.
Don't forget to write your three things for the day, and I’ll see you all back here again tomorrow. Also don’t forget, we’re still running our weekly gift card giveaway so stay tuned for that!
