You don't believe in yourself. Stop lying.

How many of you wake up in the morning, look themselves dead in the mirror and know deep down that you will become someone great? It’s so easy to say things to our friends, but do we say these same things to ourselves?

Whoever is reading this, go to the f**king gym.

Good Morning Everyone,

How many of you actually believe in yourself as a person? How many of you wake up in the morning, look themselves dead in the mirror and know deep down that you will become someone great? It’s so easy to say things to our friends, but do we say these same things to ourselves?

To truly go out there and conquer sh*t in life, you need to first build an internal foundation deeply rooted in your self belief.

Here are your three lessons for the day.

  1. Give credit to your strengths, and acknowledge your weaknesses 💪 Building an internal foundation requires you to do a self analysis of what you’re good at, and what you suck at. Make a list (mental or physical) of what you’re already good at so that you can focus on building up what you have. Likewise, take note of what you’re bad at so that you can either A) fix it or B) outsource it if applicable.

  2. Challenge your self doubt 🧠 Don’t give power to things that will not help move you forward. Negative self-talk and doubt will do nothing for you. Whenever you catch yourself engaging in this time-wasting state, pause. Challenge those thoughts. Make an effort to replace them with something that will actually push you forward. Shift your mindset toward a more empowering and confident outlook.

  3. Step outside of your comfort zone 🌱 Ask any person that goes to the gym (as an actual routine) and they will tell you that they experienced “gym anxiety” when they first started going. I guarantee every single one (less that 1% of people who’s egos are too big) will say they’ve gone through it. It’s a part of life. Good things are hard. Hard things are uncomfortable. But uncomfortable feelings is what separates the normal from the exceptional. Who will you be?

Self-confidence is not an innate quality. It is something that can be developed and nurtured. It’s unbelievable how easy it is to sway your mindset. You do it every time something inconvenient happens and you say “f**k” to yourself. You do it subconsciously. Now subconsciously build yourself up, and you’ll be unstoppable.

Keep your head up, and keep moving forward.
